Jacksonville, FL – March 10, 2021 – Today, Kirchner Group, a boutique advisory, M&A, operational support and asset management firm since 1985, announced that it has updated its branding to better reflect its pioneering position as a values-based organization. The firm’s founding principles, almost unheard of four decades ago, continue to be embraced by the team and validated by the market as evidenced by the recent recognition in Forbes.

“We felt that the time was right to make this change to further emphasize why we do what we do”, commented Blair G Kirchner, Managing Director. “We are also strong proponents of the “Start with Why” concept promoted by Simon Sinek and we wanted to reflect it in as prominent a way as possible. It is our steadfast belief that every business can be improved, and every business should improve the world.”

For several years the firm’s values logo has reflected the concept of Yin/Yang as it emphasizes the complementary (rather than opposing) forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than each individual part. A balance exists between the two opposites with a portion of the opposite element in each section. These have become Kirchner Group’s pillars of growth, development and success for almost 40 years!

“As influencers, business leaders possess a rare ability – and perhaps even a responsibility – to impact societ positively,” stated Rob Dube, Senior Contributor with Forbes and Co-CEO and Co-Founder of imageOne. “At the Kirchner Group, the leadership team created the virtuous circle – their guiding principle of earning and returning. With that principle at the forefront of their company’s mission, the team has launched several impactful initiatives.”

The firm’s foundation of inclusion, experience, expertise and commonly held core values is a distinguishing characteristic that underpins the Kirchner Group culture and approach. Kirchner Group’s mission is driven by a fundamental belief in human equality with respect to social, political, and economic affairs. This orientation has attracted a unique team of deeply seasoned professionals that provide exquisitely tailored approaches and solutions for each opportunity the firm pursues. Kirchner Group is proud to focus on leveraging business to make a difference and be a powerful force for good, not to exploit the world around us.
