The name change reflects the investment banking firm’s unique identity, niche and method of operating which derives primarily from its founder and Chairman, WB (Bud) Kirchner, who brings more than 35 years of entrepreneurial, operational, transactional and international experience to private capital markets. Mr. Kirchner stated that: “VisionQuest, built upon a platform of deep operating experience, is widely recognized for its track record, process orientation and innovative approach to its engagements.
