With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Patrick currently advises clients in strategy development, market expansion and sell side M&A including large multi-nationals, Fortune 500 companies and technology company founders. Patrick has sourced and closed transactions in Europe, Canada and the United Sates with clients in various technology businesses. He led and participated in various global transactions, with over $550M in deal value, as well as launching several internally funded new market ventures. Previously, Patrick held roles in sales management, corporate strategy and corporate development.
Patrick is an expert problem solver, with a keen understanding of buy side strategies and negotiation theory. A life longer learner, Patrick is also a competitive sailor and competitive swimmer. Patrick has a B. Sc. from Ithaca College in New York.
