Jeff has over 35 years of senior operating experience in the manufacturing, finance and IT sectors.Prior to joining Kirchner Group Jeff was President of MPS Chicago (formerly Jet Lithocolor, Inc) a 230+ employee, multi-plant specialty manufacturer. Upon joining the company Jeff was instrumental in their expansion into new markets and facilitated significant growth in sales and EBITDA.
Jeff later led the successful sale of the business to a private equity sponsor in 2011 to support needed expansion and monetize owner equity. In 2014, he managed the successful exit of the sponsoring PE firm, selling the business to a strategic buyer MPS, Inc., a $1.7 billion, global printer and manufacturer of specialty packaging.
Earlier in his career Jeff held numerous roles including Director of Finance with several manufacturing companies, such as divisions of ITW and Newell-Rubbermaid, as well as a stint as an auditor with KPMG. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago
