Birmingham, Alabama 06 February 2012 – Kirchner Private Capital Group (“KPCG” or the “Company”), a leading North American merchant bank, today announced that Dr. McNees, Managing Partner of KPCG’s Health & Life Science Integrated Focus Area, will present at the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts annual convention and participate in an Expert Panel held by the American Academy of Nursing. In addition, KPCG’s Managing Director, Paul Gardner recently presented at an IC Funding hosted symposium.

Held in April in Tampa, Florida, the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts annual convention has an expected attendance of more than 1,000 people. Dr. McNees will participate in a panel session on ‘The Business of Behavior Analysis’ and will deliver a presentation entitled ‘Entrepreneurship: Strategies and Tactics for Maximizing the Value of Businesses and Intellectual Property’. In addition, Dr. McNees will be featured on an ‘Expert Panel on Aging’ in Washington to be held by the American Academy of Nursing (where he is an Honorary Fellow) in October.

The 2012 IC Funding Seniors Housing Leaders Symposium at which Mr. Gardner presented was held on January 17-18 at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. The focus was on technology trends in the workplace. The workshop was attended by business owners, Chief Operating Officers and Chief Financial Officers of retirement residences and long-term care facilities across Canada.
