Vince has 30 years of proven success in building profitable early- and mid-stage businesses with an international scope in operational, transactional and venture capital roles. His functional expertise includes building high-quality teams, project management, business development and strategic sales and marketing, as well as finance at both ends of the corporate lifecycle: raising capital and managing exits.

Vince has held executive positions at several early- and mid-stage companies including CEO of Streetlight Intelligence., a TSX-V-listed street light technology company where he implemented a comprehensive turnaround strategy requiring refinancing , right-sizing and re-engineering product. Prior to Streetlight, Vince was Chairman of the Caltech Group of Companies, an oil and gas and utilities engineering company; President and Director of Fulcrum Capital a CPC that did a qualifying transaction with a revenue pipeline and construction Company; was a founding Partner of Foundry Ventures Inc., a privately-owned venture capital group; Director of SmartSynch Corporation a privately owned end to end wireless solutions provider; Interim CEO and Director of Ceramic Protection Limited a publicly-owned manufacturer of ceramic and composite wear and ballistic solutions; President and COO of Dyad Data Services (Canada) Ltd., a privately owned geophysical data management and storage company; President and COO of HTI Technology Canada Ltd. a privately owned oil field production equipment manufacturer.

Vince currently sits on the board of directors of Macro Enterprises Inc., a TSX-V listed pipeline and facilities construction company and Starscriber Corporation, a private mobile telecom solutions company.
