Paul brings a blend of 12 years general partner and operational experience. Most recently, Paul was an independent consultant providing strategic management, corporate development, and interim-CFO services to private and public companies within the enterprise software, communications equipment, telecommunications services, and consumer products sectors.

Previously, Paul was a venture capitalist executing investments and working closely with portfolio companies within the enterprise software and mining services industry. Paul also held operational management roles for an international holding company in Canada and England, working both at the holding company level and within its contract manufacturing subsidiary.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce, First Class Honours, from The School of Business at Queen’s University, Canada, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
