Gary has more than 25 years of international operational experience within the healthcare sector. He has a proven track record of results in senior level positions in sales, marketing, and business development. Gary has repeatedly demonstrated success in creating market access for companies and products through multiple distribution channels. He has global experience in turning around declining businesses and product lines, and has led business development teams in acquiring new products and technologies.

Gary’s international experience is extensive, having lived and worked in the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Japan. Through these assignments he has gained an in-depth knowledge of the global healthcare markets and understands clearly how to manage successful global businesses.

Before joining Kirchner Private Capital Group, Gary worked for ConvaTec, Haemonetics, CR Bard and, most recently, Covidien. He has an in-depth knowledge of the medical device and pharmaceuticals sectors including radiology, interventional radiology, cardiology, oncology, peripheral vascular, nuclear medicine, automated blood transfusion, wound therapeutics, and ostomy.
