Consistent with our “traditional merchant banking” model we have a consortium of counterparty offices in key international and domestic financial markets.  The objective of this consortium is to establish a global extent with local intent.

These offices are headed by veterans in the world of private equity and financial services. We are collectively able to address a combined rolodex which is second to none and can be exploited in the context of aligned economic interest.

In addition to the extended geographic reach these individuals add to various components of domain expertise in areas such as renewable energy/cleantech, natural resources, health/lifescience and food/agriculture.
