Kirchner Agriculture and Food Focus Area has been launched on the back of our 25 years of experience working in the private capital business. We have built relevant and critical skills and expertise in all areas of growth, development and creating liquidity events throughout the lifecycle of small and medium enterprises. During this period, we have worked in various capacities with a number of companies and investors in the Agriculture and Food industry.
This has led us to establish the Kirchner Agriculture and Food Focus Area, a practice group dedicated to Agriculture and Food that offers a proprietary lifecycle methodology whereby we can support and add value to Agriculture and Food companies (and their stakeholders) at every stage from start-up to exit.
This group offers:
- Focus on companies with $0 to $50M in revenues at any stage of profitability/loss.
- Advisory services including strategic planning and assessments
- Hands-on services including interim management, workouts and restructuring
- Transactional services including buy-side (non-organic growth) and sell-side (liquidity)
- Management of Agricultural and Food fund and portfolios
Our primary goal is to increase the value of Agriculture and Food companies for their shareholders and facilitate a strong liquidity event. We provide the hands-on time, effort and talent required to achieve these objectives and seek to design fee structures that align our interests with the shareholders.
