We have now established the Kirchner Healthcare and Life Sciences focus area offering a proprietary lifecycle approach whereby we can support and add value to small and mid-sized healthcare and life science companies and their shareholders, at virtually every stage from start-up to exit.
This group offers:
- Focus on companies with $0 to $50M in revenues at any stage of profitability/loss.
- Advisory services including strategic planning and assessments
- Hands-on services including interim management, workouts and restructuring
- Transactional services including buy-side (non-organic growth) and sell-side (liquidity)
Our primary goal is to increase the value of a healthcare and/or life sciences company for the shareholders and facilitate a strong liquidity event. We provide the hands-on time, effort and talent required to achieve these objectives and seek to design fee structures that align our interests with the shareholders.
